Who are our clients?
Our clients may be based in the UK or abroad (Sweden and the USA for example); they may be small businesses or private individuals; they may be looking to have a web site made, financial records organised, documents scanned or databases cleansed. Wherever they are, whom ever they may be and whatever it is they want us to do, they will typically have the following characteristics:
- They have little or no knowledge of the work that is required
to be undertaken - such as the design and the ongoing maintenance
of a web site; the undertaking of Ebay listings and the removal
of malware or viruses from their computer.
- They have little or no time to spend on undertaking the required
work – such as the organising of financial records, research
and mail shots.
- Due to the commitments of their already over worked normal
life, they require someone who is available outside of the normal
9-5 working day. For example, researching and booking that all
important business trip on a Sunday or making sure they are
not outbid on the Ebay auction that finishes at 9am on a Sunday.
- They do not wish to spend a great deal of money on the work
that is required to be undertaken – for example, the design
of a business logo, production of marketing materials; scanning
of documents and the setting up or upgrading of a PC.
- They require a simple, but professionally, handled service.
A note about servicing international clients
Riz-Man Business Support does appreciate that not all people like to deal with someone they are unlikely to ever meet face to face. However, please note that it is something that we're experienced in, having undertaken work for organisations and individuals from Australia to the United States. In fact many of our UK based clients have also not physically met with us when having much of their work undertaken. In such cases communication has been predominately conducted via e-mail and over the phone (conventional, MSN, Skype, ICQ etc).
Hence, our current clients’ views, as expressed on the Design and Testimonial pages, will hopefully act a testament to our trustworthiness and is something that we would really like you to think about when considering whether or not to take on our services.
